Our fees vary according to the complexity of the claims, the amount and condition of records reviewed. Additional costs are assessed for copying and binding records if required. Normal record reviews are typically $800 to 1000 and include consultation with a medical director prior to and after the report if required. Typical complete evaluation fee for personal injury cases is $1800 to 2200 and include consultation with medical director. Fees for workman's compensation cases are $1600 to 1800 Depositions are generally $1500 for first two hours. Depositions for use at trial and video depositions are $2000 flat rate.
