The evaluation process always begins with a review of the records by one of our medical directors.  The records are organized, summarized and a list of issues and questions prepared for the examiner.

MCES forwards the assembled and collected records to a selected member of our outstanding examiner panel.  A senior member of our firm is always available to assist the examiner.  An examination of the injured party is scheduled at a mutually convenient time within the time limit specified by the client.  Prompt attendance is required.

The examining physician reviews the records and summary prepared and makes any necessary additions or corrections based on the history obtained.

A physical evaluation is performed with special attention to the required determinations as requested by the client and enumerated by the medical director.  All questions are answered and the physical findings reported promptly to MCES.

A medical director at MCES reviews the record summary, history, physical examination findings, impressions and discussion of the pertinent questions and the final report.  Any missing or ambiguous data is discussed with the examining physician and resolved.

Timeliness is assured.

Quality is reviewed.

Information is complete, accurate and professional.
