Our services are provided to plaintiff and defense law firms. We also provide services for insurance carriers and claims adjusting services. We can also assist self-insured employers. Our reviews and evaluations are available for a variety of claims: Personal injury claims from auto accidents and other accidents. Work related injuries. Professional liability claims. Disability claims and Loss of Use claims. Necessity of service claims. ________________________________________________________________________________ MCES helps summarize records and treatment from multiple physicians and correlates all the information into a single comprehensive report. Records may be sent by clients or we will collect them. Records are bound and tabbed. All available records are outlined and referenced. Our record reviews are performed by our physician personnel. Most of our clients submit a list of questions or issues to be resolved by the evaluation. We are happy to discuss the details in a pre-evaluation conference. If only a record review is requested, conclusions are drawn based on the records and reported to the client firm verbally or written as requested. Our reviewers are available to discuss findings. If a complete evaluation is requested the records are then forwarded to one of our examiners along with a list of determinations to be made during the examination. The examiner reviews the records and the summary, performs the examination and answers the questions. MCES then generates a signed report. Clients may follow the progress of their evaluations through coded data on the web. |
